**note on user accounts**
If you are having trouble logging in for the first time, the problem is probably not yours. The system is set up such that accounts must be approved by an administrator before the user can log in. Once an administrator approves the new account, they will then be able to log in normally. Until this is done, you may receive a couple error messages saying something along the lines of "your account can not be found". Once the account is approved, an email is sent to the user's email address, notifying them that their account is approved. We are currently looking into making this process more streamlined.
Accounts are approved in this manner to ensure that the user requesting an account is / was a KAP. Upon receiving a user request, an administrator will check that name against our database of known KAPs.
